Commercial, retail, residential, government, industrial and ad hoc alterations fall under our umbrella of services and skill set in the Western Cape. Backed by years of construction experience, FIRZ Projects is known for a balance of quality, professionalism and responsive service.

FIRZ Projects is a family run Cape Town based Construction, Renovations and Maintenance Company operating in the residential, commercial and government sectors. We have more than 50 combined years in the industry as management. The management of FIRZ Projects is the shareholders too and thus it provides the company and clients with unparalleled dedication and commitment.

FIRZ Projects is a level 1 contributor to the broad black based economic empowerment (BBBEE). The BBEEE is a specific government policy to advance economic transformation and enhance the economic participation of black people in the South African economy.
We are a member of the CIDB (construction industry development board) which is a statutory board established by parliament to stimulate growth, reform and improvement of the construction sector.
